I wanted to tell you all about Lance Hawkins. You'll know the awesome feeling of amazing customer service if you watch Lance. I value more than anything else the way a person treats you and respects you. Lance is a major asset to your business and the job he does should not go unidentified. Courteous informative real friendly; just all around great guy! He makes a difference and you guys should appreciate him for a job well done. I first met him at the dealership when I came in for my 2nd service on my car, and he came in apologizing to me because he wasnt there when I got there, due to an appointment he had. He immediately went in checked on my car and came with a full report and made sure that I knew what was going on. Lance makes a difference at Capitol Imports. A great difference!.
